Tony Andriolas went to college in Connecticut, graduating from Central Connecticut State University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. He has been working in the Insurance industry since 1996. He started his career at Oxford Health Plans in finance, transferring to sales specializing in the group markets which included: Medical Insurance. Tony left Oxford to join Connecticare as the Senior Account Executive for Fairfield County and worked there for many years until an opportunity came up with United Healthcare. He then decided to leave the corporate world to become a Broker with an independent agency where he learned all aspects of the insurance industry including Property Casualty Insurance (Auto, Home, Business Insurance, Workers Comp, Umbrella) until it was sold. Tony is able to handle all insurance for a company’s business needs He then started his own firm, FLC Insurance LLC, in 2018. Tony named his firm after his children: Fallon, Leonidas, Christian. He is also Bi-Lingual in Greek. Tony is one of the top producers for several insurance carriers, including: Anthem BCBS, CBIA, Oxford/United Healthcare, CIGNA, Connecticare and Aetna. He also has significant blocks of business with ancillary carriers including: Principle, Guardian, Standard, Hartford, MetLife and UNUM, for clients who need to be insured for Dental, Long and Short Term Disability, Life Insurance and Long Term Care. Tony is a participating member of the Milford Chamber of Commerce, and the Connecticut Business Industry and Association (CBIA). All are major influences in helping small business in the state of Connecticut. His mission is to help individuals and businesses to find and implement the right and most appropriate coverage utilizing the best carriers and products that fit their needs, being 100% committed to his clients, looking out for their best interest, and providing employee benefit programs for individuals and business of all sizes. There is no specific industry we specialize in. Clients include individuals and companies from all different industries, from law firms, manufacturing companies, investment/financial firms, to auto dealerships, restaurants, engineering and architectural firms and any industry in between. FLC Insurance LLC and its team have been successful in structuring benefit packages with all the new regulations and mandates that have started since Obamacare has come into play. Knowing these new guidelines and rules inside and out has given FLC Insurance LLC an upper hand in providing clients with the proper products and going about them the correct way.
